1. Sennheiser Momentum headphones ($349.95) – Most high quality headphones these days seemed to be targeted for kids — huge logos, made of plastic and offered in a whole variety of colors. Don’t get us wrong we love those too, however Sennheiser is our top choice for a more grown up sense of style if you will, with metal and leather, they’re timeless and so chic on. It’s not overly branded and gaudy and offers great sound. It’s sturdy, solid feeling and a true comfortable over the ear fit that aren’t too tight even with glasses on.

2. myCharge portable phone chargers ($39.99 – $99.99) – They’re a lifesaver. If you’re constantly on the go and have chronic low-phone-bettery disease, then myCharge could change your life. Their battery paks last anywhere from 4 – 27 hours of talk time depending on the model.  myCharge is available for Blackberry, Motoaloa, Nokia, Samsung, iPhone and tablet users.

Henri Bendel Cafe Girl List ($15), Cafe Girl Mug ($25) – I’m a Bendel’s girl, I love everything about walking into their Fifth Avenue store, the history, the decor and their signature line.  They have a great assortment of gifts under $25, two of which you can find in my kitchen. Their over-size mugs are a pleasure to wake up to and their line of magnetic note pads are perfect for hanging on the fridge for your grocery lists.

2.Prestat Rocket Bauble Christmas Ornament ($12.95) – This ornament is filled with Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Truffles! (Just the thought of it makes me drool a little.) Gift Guide: PC Top Holiday Picks!

Who’s on top of their holiday shopping? Here are some of my personal picks of gifts I’ve gotten (mostly for myself) and loved!

1. Royal Apothic Conservatory Collection Candle in scent English Rose ($26) – this candle is lie a little piece of heaven. It’s a soy-blend wax and burns for 60 hours. It’s larger then it looks in the picture (5″h, 3″ square) and is gorgeous from package to scent. It’s like walking through a rose garden, the scent is superb.

2.  Sarah H. Reynolds Original Frame Notecards & Envelopes ($22/set of 10) – I love sending cards and this versatile set includes two of each print of five original charcoal frame drawings and ten envelopes by NY based artist, Sarah Reyholds. Leave your love note, thank you, or even your own drawing or picture inside one of these beautifully drawn frame (or use stamps!) and send. I like that they are artsy and give you a foundation to customize the card and they work for number of different occasions so they are handy to have around.

3. International Sanctuary Beautiful Green Necklace ($40) – As seen in my video campaign with SpaFinder (and regularly in photos on my instagram page, I wear this necklace all the time. This website (and necklace) are amazing. iSanctuary works to help victims of human trafficking reintegrate by employing survivors.  Their mission to end human trafficking through

PC Feature: Style Expert Pamela Pekerman on her Must-Haves for the Season

Pamela Pekerman is a style expert, host, TV personality, and soon-to-be mom! She throws regular events in NYC introducing guests (myself included) to a plethora of brands spanning beauty, fitness/health, style and lifestyle products and is a true tastemaker in the world of fashion —- can you tell I’m a fan?  So I asked Pamela for her must-haves for the season and here’s what made her list:

Jill Zarin Facets Ring ($58)– cocktail rings make a big statement and this one talks from all sides. I love how sleek and modern the shape is, with just a hint of crystals. Best of all in December 35% of the purchase price goes to the Ilya Peckerman Fund Vasculitis Foundation, which raises money for research grants to find a cure for these rare, autoimmune diseases. www.jillzarinjewelry.com/

Pinch Provision kits ($15) – adorably compact kits because you never know when you’ll need hairspray, double sided sticky tape or clear nail polish. A savvy gal is always ready to shine, no excuses. I’d like someone to get me the Labor Delivery Kithttp://shop.pinchprovisions.com

LAGOS Jewelry macramé bracelets ($150) – they are fun to stack and made with much more care and style than most of the macramé jewelry on the market. This is a great gift for all my girlfriends. Each one can have her own color. http://www.lagos.com/

Bindya cashmere/silk scarf ($135) – they feel amazingly, luxurious again your skin. Plus, scarves are so versatile. I love to wear them around my neck, draped over the shoulder, looped I front through a belt, or accenting the

PC Interviews Lisa Loeb to talk Eyewear, Hello Kitty and Her New Album “No Fairy Tale”

I was in a coffee shop when I first started writing this post and Lisa Loeb’s 90s hit song, Stay came on. When I looked up, half the people around the room were bobbing their heads and a few were even mouthing the words. One of whom was a woman sitting next to me. I turned to her and asked what she liked about Lisa Loeb. “I always thought she was really clever and liked the way she described things.” My sentiments exactly — well that and I loved her style.  She made wearing glasses and not a lot of make-up cool, and had us invested in the whole geek-chic look as sexy, even before fashion magazines deemed it so.

12/6 – 12/8 NYC Shopping Event: Lucky Magazine presents Lucky Shops #LuckyShopsNY

I. can’t. stop. shopping. It’s a problem, or rather it’s sample sale season! First came black Friday (which I hid from), then came the Rag & Bone sample sale (which I broke spending records), Friday is GiltCity’s Warehouse Sale and finally — and yes, this has got to be my last shopping quest of the month — we have Lucky Shops! (I’m cut off from all other sample sales.)

12/4 at 10pm Tune in for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

After much anticipation (and a few curve balls), the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show premiere’s tonight, December 4th at 10pm on CBS. This year’s show features musical acts Justin Bieber, Rihanna, and Bruno Mars.

This show has had some unconventional press considering it hasn’t even aired yet. First came Hurricane Sandy, to which they came to the rescue when the power was wiped out at the armory of the New York Army National Guard’s 69th Infantry Regiment in NYC. It was the show’s generators that kept the power up. Then came the controversy
