Beach Hair Don’t Care

beach-hair-dont-care-hat-setai-miami-beach-lolli-swim-yandy.com-Blank-NYC

One of my favorite looks from Miami Swim was this super casual overall look filled I wore with finds I discovered during my press trip with Kyboe! watches. My friend Melissa introducted me to Lolli swim wear and gave me the Sky Top suit which I’m in love with. Anything eyelet I’m into but the black/white combo is so chic. lara-eurdolian-head-shot-lolli-swim-yandy.com

I’m still working on my recap of the weekend (if I get my act together it will be tomorrow) but on Saturday I stopped by the Yandy.com lounge at the W Hotel where I picked up this black coverup and these amazing awear Charmant sunglasses. They are so crisp and probably the lightest pair of sunnies I own. I also visited the beautiful Bollare X Glamour Magazine lounge — which while were on the subject, I’m so excited to announce I’m going to be one of Glamour Magazine Glammy beauty award judges!!!! At the lounge I got a much needed LVX manicure and these amazing white Blank NYC Short Overalls with… wait for it… they monogrammed with @prettyconnected on them and this amazing Abaco Beach Company Life’s a Beach hat. I missed the Teva party since Kyboe! was hosting a fun beach day at the Setai but wore my pair from the Derek Lam collaboration all day since I was expecting to make the event. And because they are one of my favorite beach holiday shoe picks.

8 Unforgettable Art Basel Moments: Shepard Fairey, Adrian Grenier, Kanye, Laurence Gartel, Versace and more!

MiamiWhile I’m no stranger to Miami, this was my first time going to Art Basel and after the amazing time that city showed me I’m going back every year. It’s an amazing week when the art world (with a high population of New Yorkers) takes over Miami, bringing the fashion community with them. My days were spent at art shows, followed by drinks poolside with event, after event, after party to go to. While I need an entire blog post dedicated to all of the art conventions here are some of the best moments from independent art shows to epic Versace Mansion parties!

1. Elementals @The Ad Oasis – Hosted by Adrian Grenier at the James Royal Palm Hotel, the works of Sarah Reynolds, Shepard Fairey, Greg Auerback, Mr. Brainwash, Meagan Donegan, Jade Doskow, Greg Haberny, Naomi Reis were all on display. I was so excited to attend and support my friend, Sarah Reynolds at her show, especially given one of my other friends ended up purchasing both of her exceptional art pieces in the show. (Meeting Adrian Grenier and Shepard Fairey wasn’t too shabby either).

Inside the Versace Mansion

During Art Basel last week the art and fashion world took over Miami, and I landed myself at the Versace Mansion multiple times (I should have packed an inhaler). Having recently been bought out –and rumor has it the owner plans on turning it into an event space and hotel!– gave the space to

Get the Look: Miami Fashion Week Swim with COVERGIRL

The great part about following Miami Fashion Week for Swim is even though we’re talking about collections launching in 2014, the beauty looks are both achievable and relevant now. No surprise the big trend from Mara Hoffman to VIX Paula Hermanny to all over the runway was bronzed, luminous, pretty skin with eyes that are anything from dramatic and smokey to just a simple black pencil with light shimmer opposite big lashes and a nude lip. Then for the cheeks we’re seeing either a more white highlighted shimmer or a warmer tone blush to make cheek bones pop.

COVERGIRL recently launched a whole slew of new products including their Flamed Out collection which includes a high volume Flamed Out Mascara, that offers full impact, high volume lashes (there’s also a water-resistant version available),  Shadow Pencils, which are great alone as a liner or can be blended to highlight, brighten, add a pop of color as a shadow, and the Shadow Pots which easily blend and are offered in a full range of 12 different powder shades that glitter and sparkly for a pretty highlighted effect.

Lara Eurdolian, COVERGIRL

Working with COVERGIRL and the GLAM Network to recreate one of the popular trends, I opted for a very wearable day look really bringing out the sun kissed, glowing skin which I think never goes out of style opposite a highlighted cheek bone and softer lip.
