OMG coming home from Mexico to this beautiful box featuring the new Erdem for NARS Strange Flower collection! I get a lot of mailers, but it’s rare one actually makes me stop, marvel and then literally drool. It’s almost too pretty to touch. Almost.
The limited edition NARS x Erdem collection features two Eyeshadow Palettes ($49 each), the Lip Powder Palette ($49), 2 blushes ($30 each), 6 lipsticks ($28 each), 1 Multi-use Highlighting pencil ($29) and Mattifying Blotting Paper pack ($30). All are packaged in sophisticated soft-touch packaging adorned with one of three original floral prints Erdem created for the collaboration.
The shade range is insane! Usually with collections I find a few colors I like and the rest giveaway, but mine, all mine! Every piece in this collection, is perfection. I started with the Night Garden Eyeshadow Palette. It’s so good!!!!!!! And I can wear it year round. It has my classic black, brown, navy and shimmer and then that pop of yellow (and green). I also love the size, it’s a six shade palette but still compact enough I can travel with it in my purse or weekender.
I also dropped everything mixed the Bloodflower lipstick shade with Carnal Carnation a lipstick, I love a bright pink/red combo! The rest of lippies though I’ll be trying all week on my Instagram stories. I’m still playing with the rest of the collection but had to jump the gun and share what I’ve used so far!
