If you watch my unboxings on Instagram Stories, you know I get a million packages a day. While I like to think everything excites me, usually it’s a lot of the same. Leave it to NARS to always make me gasp! The Man Ray for NARS Holiday 2017 Collection is EVERYTHING! Killer packaging, incredible pigments, innovative colors, and so much creative expression. And the sets are all $55 or under, so there are some mega values pushing through.
So let’s start at the top, who is MAN RAY? He’s a visual artist known for some pretty spectacular black and white images, which reflect throughout this incredible collection. First, the sets…
NARS Love Triangle, $24. Available October 15th at Sephora
There’s the NARS Love Triangle, which includes a mini blush and mini lipstick. There’s the Orgasm version (Orgasm Lipstick and blush) and Dolce Vita Blush and Audrey lipstick set (photoed below). These sets launch October 15th at Sephora.
NARS Les Amoureux Audacious Lipstick Coffret, $55. Available October 12th at Nordstrom
Four mini lipsticks in the chicest coffret I ever did see. The best new accessory to my desk. Shades include the limited edition Ady (dusty coral), limited edition Arden (burnt coral), Barbara (tan rose), and Jane (terracotta rose). There’s another version of the set called the “Noire Et Blanche Audacious Lipstick Coffret” which features the limited edition Lee (garnet), limited edition Dolores (crimson red), limited edition Josephine (Bordeaux), and Charlotte (oxblood burgundy). NARS x Man Ray The Kiss Velvet Matte Lip Pencil Set, $49 ($98 value) on Sephora
Featuring a shiny gold makeup bag with lips on it, inside lies four full size Velvet Matte Lip Pencil’s in shades: Endangered Red, Toundra, Wild Ways and Spell Bound.
Then come the beautiful individual shades duo eyeshadows, velvet eyeliners, blush, lip lacquer and highlighter in their classic black packaging with a lip and Man Ray logo on top — it’s so chic. The collection launches October 6th at NARS boutique and narscosmetics.com. Here’s the 411!

This compact, complete with a gorgeous Man Ray image on the top, which has almost a honeycomb filter on top which translates to the imprint on the three colors of which includes the Laguna Sun Wash Diffusing Bronzer, Limited Edition Blovesick Blush (satin watermelon), and Limited Edition Surreal Highlighter (glistening bronze rose).

Four new shades, two that sparkle, Muse (golden shimmer) and Off Limits (shimmering Fuchsia, and two that are just perfect shades for fall, Kiki (Burgundy) and Sambeze (red Hazelnut). See below swatches:)

Two new creamy eyeliners which features Nagoya (violet) and Santiago (chocolate Brown), pictured above!
NARS x Man Ray Blush, $30
Two shades to drool over, Intensely Blush (bright tangerine), which I’m so excited about, this is such a unique and gorgeous shade. And Fetishized Blush (pink grapefruit), which is so pretty.
NARS x Man Ray Duo Eyeshadow, $36
Two new duo eyeshadows, Montparnasse which has a shimmering gold on one side and iridescent Orchid purple on the other. The second is Debauched which features Black Violet on one side and Smoky Charcoal with Red Shimmer on the other.
NARS x Man Ray Double Take Overexposed Glow Highlighter, $42
This highlighter is gorgeous! Sealed with a kiss this highlighter is a gold highlight silky to the touch and limited edition.
