As you all know by now, I’m an oil fanatic! Face, hair, body, nails — my body can not get enough. So when my friends at Refinery29 introduced me to the Bumble & Bumble Hairdressers Invisible Oil collection, I was all over it.
My hair is my thang — when it looks good, my day is better and I feel better. Hair has the power (at least over me) to transform my day and add an extra bounce to my step (good hair makes us invincible, no?). And besides the oil drawing me in, it passed my other rule, it’s sulfate free! I recommend everyone use sulfate free shampoos especially if you color treat your hair.
I’ve been using the entire collection for a few weeks now and I love it! The Bumble & Bumble Hairdressers Invisible Oil collection consists of the Hairdressers Invisible Oil, Hairdressers Invisible Oil Sulfate Free Shampoo, Hairdressers Invisible Oil Conditioner, and Hairdressers Invisible Oil Heat/UV Protective Primer.
It’s great year round — for winter when my hair is dry the oil is so hydrating and makes my brittle ends (and remnants of my color treated hair from my almost grown out ombre) so soft. In the summer it will be great to tone down any frizz.
The products smell amazing and if you would describe your hair as, thick, dry, damaged, or brittle (and color treated), I highly recommend the entire line. If this isn’t you, then I would likely just advise the Hairdresser’s invisible oil heat/UV protective primer (my favorite product from the line) for anyone that heat styles their hair since it’s lightweight and protects against breakage, heat-styling and UV damage while softening strands.
The shampoo, deep conditioner and primer are infused with 6 featherlight oils to help soften, silken, tame, de-frizz, detangle and protect hair. While the Hairdressers Invisible Oil can be used sparingly (I focus it on my ends) on damp or dry hair to smooth strands and reduce frizz and flyaways.
Bottom line, if you dream of soft (and I mean super soft), silky smooth, shiny hair this collection delivers. Learn more at bumbleandbumble.com
