I can not believe I’m in Palm Springs, kicking off my Coachella weekend! Considering I need to make room for all the outfits, I picked the best of the best for beauty item to come with me! And most of them are all new launches of this year!

MAKEUP:

1. Lise Watier Limited Edition Eden Tropical Eyeshadow palette ($43) – launching soon this palette has six high shine shades that goes on silky smooth and is long lasting. I’m especially all about the blue and bonze shades for Coachella!

2. NARS Contour Blush in Paloma, $42 – This past month NARS launches three contour blushes, Paloma is my favorite since it’s works almost like a bronzer and highlighter for me, making it perfect to lift up my cheekbones and brighten my complexion.

3. Laura Mercier High Coverage Concealer, $28 – This just launched this week and is a 3-in-1 concealer that is designed to cover, de-puff and brighten under eye circles. And it is total putty. It’s thick and a complete no non-sense concealer that still manages to blend and take any sign of tired eyes away.

4. Jane Iredale In Touch Highlighter, $28- part of the Magic Hour Spring collection, this pretty bronzed coral shade offers the most subtle shimmer that beautifully illuminates cheekbones (picture of the shade swatch above).

5. Clarins Multi-ActiveDay Correction Cream-Gel, $59  and Golden Glow Booster ($30) – Clarins recently launched a whole slew of new products, of which the Double Serum (not pictured but also at Coachella with me), which is pure magic. I’ve never had a serum provide so much hydration that lasts. I’ve been also using their new Golden Glow Booster, which you add 3 drops to your moisturizer and it acts like a self tanner. I’ve been using it with their Multi-ActiveDay Correction Cream-Gel, which is a great moisturizer for anyone that wants intense moisture but in a light formula. I’m not a fan of heavy, greasy creams and this is the complete opposite. Mixed with the Golden Glow Booster it slowly builds a light tan so my skin looks more awake and lightly sunkissed.

6. CoverGirl Bombshell Mascara ($11.99) – Originally, I was intimidated by it’s thick packaging and dual sided wands. One side is the extreme volume basecoat, 2nd side is the intensifying top coat. However, for anyone with with curved thick lashes (like moi), this is going to enhance and take them to a level that looks fake. If you have weaker lashes, this may be a tougher wand.

7. Cynthia Rowley Beauty Eye Pencils ($16) – For the second season, Cynthia Rowley has launched a beauty collection exclusive with Birchbox. This week they launched their summer collection which consists of an Eyeshadow Palette (it’s filled with pretty pastels!), Creamy Lip Stains and these Beauty Eye Pencils, which I can’t get enough of. The color you see is exactly the shade that comes out and the pencil goes on smooth. The Black, Sky Blue, and Silver shades have not left my makeup case since I received them.

8. Lorac Alter Ego Lipstick in Show Girl ($16) – THEY ARE AMAZING! I love  a bright, high pigment pink lipstick and their creamy formula in this shade beyond delivers. And it stays put on lips and is long lasting, I’m beyond thrilled with this lipstick. Swatch is pictured above.

9. Rimmel London Stay Matte – This is a great foundation for any oily skin types. Read my fill review HERE

HAIR + RAZOR:

1. Oribe Surfcomber Tousled Texture Mouse ($21.50) – This is great for day 3 festival hair when I leave my hair curly and need some definition and texture without my hair feeling crunchy or dry. The choloride-free formula is safe for color and keratin treated hair and has UV protection which is great for anyone out in the sun all day.

2. Oribe Signature Shampoo ($13) and Conditioner ($14) – When you’re out in the desert your hair is inevitably going to get dry and tangled. This daily cleansing shampoo and conditioner helps bring back the shine and moisture while detangling my strands and getting rid of all the dust I’ve accumulated.

3. Herbal Essences Naked Collection Dry Shampoo – Lets face it, a dry shampoo is a MUST for any weekend getaway or music festival. Herbal Essences’ helps refresh my strands and absorb the excess oil (which now that I have bangs comes on so much quicker), while adding some body and lift. It’s free of parabens and dyes and is available in a travel size making it perfect for anyone on the go.

4. Venus Snap Razor ($9.99) – It doesn’t get any more compact then this! It’s the perfect travel razor and it comes in a portable plastic case making it easy to travel with.

5. Alterna Caviar CC Cream ($25) – This 10-in-1 Complete Correction leave in product does it all (and is void of parabens and sulfates)! Apply to towel dry hair after showering for moisture, shine, smoothness, softness, anti-breakage, heat protection, light hold, UV protection, manageability, and strength. You want this in your hair before going out in the sun or exposing strands to a heat product.

6. Sam Villa SLEEKR Straightening Iron – This 1″ flat iron can take my curly locks from waves to super straight 1970’s ironed hair and everything in betweek. The plates are coated with tourmaline to give strands that silky smooth, high shine model hair. The straighter lets you adjust the heat setting from 375 degrees (preferred for fine hair), to High 410 degrees, with a color-treated setting of 392 degrees.
