Top 5 entries with the most “Likes” on their Facebook post go before will go before the Expert Panel of judges, which consists of Rita Hazan herself, internationally renowned beauty and lifestyle consultant Mickey Williams and me!
Submissions must be received by Monday, April 1st at midnight. The grand prize winner will be announced Friday, April 5th. The grand prize is a $2,000 travel and hotel voucher to New York City and includes a manicure, pedicure, color and cut at the Rita Hazan Salon.
