PC Celebrates Target + Neiman Marcus Holiday 24 Collection #Holiday24

There’s no doubt about it, last night Target blew it out of the water at the launch party for the Target + Neiman Marcus collaboration. I was so excited to be invited to this event, all I’ve ever wanted was to be able to shop Neiman Marcus at Target prices.

The collaboration which features over 50 gifts from 24 of the most coveted American designers (we’re talking Prabal Gurung, Marchesa, Oscar de la Renta, Marc Jacobs, Rag & Bone, DVF, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu, Rodarte, Tory Burch…) priced between $7.99 – $499.99, with most items under $60.

The event was to die for! Two floors of designer goods, interactive floor models (on girl was biking in place, while another was knitting the most giant fabric I’ve ever seen in the window), and most of the designers we’re in the house, walking the floor — I nearly passed out — too many of my heroes in one space. The champagne was flowing and the guests we’re taking advantage of the sneak peek to shop the collection before it’s December 1st launch date!

{Karlie Kloss at the Holiday 24 party}

Karlie Kloss, was the face of the #Holiday24 campaign and the first person I saw at the event (looking ever as stunning in a black dress with star sparkles). I wasn’t about to miss the opportunity to ask her who she was wearing and her must-have beauty product for the season. The answer, “I’m wearing Jason Wu. Fragrance is my must-have for the season. Juicy couture just came out with a new one, Couture La La and I did the campaign for it and it smells really, really good! That will also be one of the gifts I’ll be giving out this season.”

{I ran into one of the fab 24 designers, Robert Rodriguez (he’s such a warm, lovely person)}

{Rag + Bone founders Marcus Wainwright & David Neville — I just so happened to be wearing their jacket (I thanked them for their sample sale, which is happening all week at Chelsea Market!)}

As for the collection… (see more official pictures and the complete collection HERE).

{Tracey Reese plates ($39.99)}

{Proenza Schouler sweatshirt ($29.99) and iPad sleeve ($49.99)}

{Band of Outsiders Best Friends hat (set of 2, $29.99) and cookie cutters ($29.99)}

{Marchesa girls beaded dress ($99.99)}

{Tory Burch beverage container ($24.99) and lunch box ($19.99)}

And I bought the Band of Outsiders Best Friends hats for me and my bff! And the Proenza hoodie.

I had to support considering the brands generosity in inviting me and get this, collectively Target and Neiman Marcus is donating  $1 million to the Council of Fashion Designers of America to celebrate the partnershp and affirm their continuing support of the American design community.
