Despite this erratic weather pattern we’re having of it’s warm out-it’s snowing-it’s warm out-it’s snowing… come snow or sun this week we ring in spring! So out with the dark and in with the brights. It’s time to introduce shades like aqua, yellow and coral back into our wardrobes and here are some fun ways to do so:
For starters, if you’re not fully ready to embrace color (it is after all snowing out), now is a great time to transition your wardrobe by mixing your basics that are season-less (and still lingering in your closet) and then adding in some fun accessories for some added pops of color. From lipstick to bags and even watches, coral is an easy shade to work into your wardrobe to brighten your look.

Another great shade for spring is Aqua. This is that perfect color for those fully ready to embrace spring. My favorite way to wear aqua is first off — by opting for a more muted or faded tone of the shade and secondly to keep it casual and relaxed. Match with either white or jeans (grays and khakis work too), or go for something more unexpected like a navy belt or sweater. From there it’s easy to accessorize for some added personality.
