While traveling through Palm Springs last weekend I accepted the Marshalls blogger challenge to head to one of their stores (ironically there were 5 locations in the area) and surprise myself by trying something new. For some that could mean an accent pillow, a kitchen items to test out a new recipe, or a yoga matte to get back into shape. On Thursday I kicked off spring with UGG Australia for their #CHOOSEYOURHUE event which included a painting class with Katie Rogers of Paper Fashion! After a long, dark winter all I wanted is some color (and sunshine!) and UGG certainly delivered in brightening my day. As usual, they thought of everything, down to the wardrobe — how awesome are my UGG overalls? And slipping out of my heels and into their Mandie Slipper was heaven as we colored the night away.

Last week, we boogied down with UGG Australia in celebration of their 35th Anniversary. The brand that made the classic sheepskin boot a household shoe — I mean who doesn’t own a pair? It’s like a trap. Once your feet know that kind of comfort, you’ll never go without a set in your arsenal.
Yesterday I featured my new Jena boots from UGG Australia so I thought it would be fitting to give you a peek at all the amazing styles they have for fall! A few weeks back I stopped by the brand’s preview — and you know else was there? Brad Goreski. And while I love his polished bow-tie look, I’m not gonna lie, this more rugged laid back style was really working for me! (I almost didn’t recognize him).

Whatever preconceived notion you have of sheepskin and boots when you think of UGG just ignore (or at least re-imagine) when it comes to spring! Hosted at the Egyptian restaurant, Casa La Femme, UGG threw a Lets Get Lost party where they unveiled their Spring 2013 collection. Vibrant patterns, animal prints and woven leathers dominated the collection throughout the offering of shoes, handbags and accessories. The shoes housed a variety of feminine silhuettes ranging from flats, to wedges to espadrilles. While there were several must-have women’s items (I need to order those cheetah or zebra flats stat), I was incredibly impressed by the mens collection — super solid. Chic styles mixed with UGG’s infamous comfort is a recipe sought up in foot heaven.
