It’s that time of year again where Dior devotees get to bid on awesome auction items for a beautiful cause. This year marks Dior’s 7th Annual Auction benefiting Look Good Feel Better – an organization dedicated to helping women cope with the appearance related effects of cancer.
Now I know I already posted about Miley Cyrus’ art — which if you have no idea what I’m talking about click HERE. But basically, Miley debuted her art backstage at the Jeremy Scott Spring/Summer Fashion Show and her jewelry collection on the models that went down the runway. And somehow this totally overshadowed what I should have been posting about… the awesome beauty!
For Cynthia Rowley Spring/Summer 2015 Fashion Presentation, the designer partnered with Birchbox for the makeup and nails and John Barrett Salon for the hair. As some you know Cynthia Rowley launched an exclusive makeup collection with the subscription beauty box service (who recently opened their first store in Soho and also sells full size product on their website). Led by makeup artist Daniel Martin, he used a variety of the Cynthia Rowley makeup collection, including “The Game Face Eyeshadow Palette”, which
White Hot and Cool Blues permeated Christian Siriano’s Spring Summer 2015 collection. Inspired by the artist Serfio Redegali’s glass sculptures, Christian was thinking about the “effects of transparency”. Each garment had a defined silouette with a specific attention paid to texture. All white designs were the first to parade down the runway. These designs transitioned into a series of cool sea foam green evening wear dresses.
