PC Featured in Essie + BaubleBar Holiday Gift Set Campaign

I am beyond excited to share some amazing news! Not only are two of my favorite brands, Essie and BaubleBar collaborating, but you may recognize one of the models from the campaign… There are 6 customizable sets in the collection and I’m so honored to have been chosen to style the “Beyond Cozy” set.

Get ready to check some serious people off of your holiday shopping list, not only are the sets affordable, they are customizable! For $50 you can design your own set, which includes a polish shade from Essie’s winter collection + three BaubleBar bracelets of your choice wrapped in a sleek carrying case.

Here’s how it works:

Roberto Cavalli Launches in Target Australia

Sydney is one lucky city! Roberto Cavalli released a 42 piece capsule collection for their Target Bondi Junction store this month. Using his signature snimal prints and beautiful embellishments the collection showcased a variety of styles including  casual day wear, glamorous party pieces, footwear and furthermore it is the first international ‘Designers for Target’ collection to feature swimwear.

The advertising campaign, shot by fashion photographer Giampaolo Sgura features supermodel, Karolina Kurkova.

Robert Lee Morris Spring 2013 Preview

For all the times I’ve passed by the Robert Lee Morris store, and marveled at the window, I’ve never stepped in. However, masked with an invitation to meet the iconic jewelry designer and check out and preview his spring collection was plenty incentive for a visit.

The spring collection was nothing short of a work of art. His jewelry, all distinctive and unique statement pieces featured these incredible cuffs and bead with medal combination necklaces. The green/gold contrast is something to admired.

Sensation Comes to NYC

When I was invited to Sensation, the world’s leading electronic dance music event meets White Party, I had no idea what to expect. I scrambled in my wardrobe for anything and settled on my only white options of a Sachi + Babi dress, vintage white bootie shoes and an offwhite Rebecca Minkoff bag (arguable the only white I won).

Prior to coming to the Big Apple, Sensation was a purely Euro-only event — and judging by the crowd, many ventured over. Hosted at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, it felt like I walked into a legit rave. Greated at the door by a group of stunning ladies dressed in white with beaded necklaces and red lipstick we were given our green bracelets and escorted to the American Express 40/40 VIP Lounge.

We walked onto the floor and it was this incredible view of thousands of people dancing around these lotus flower shaped fountains and DJ booth. You can see the theme of different elements pouring through the stadium.

For RealReal

Umm for realz why haven’t I heard of The RealReal prior to this week? I’m a huge consignment/vintage store junkie. Not only is it more sustainable to buy used but it’s the quickest way to own a piece of history from your favorite designers archive (and at a more affordable price point).

For one night only, The RealReal, which is an online consignment store opened it’s office doors to let editors peak (and purchase) their selection of designer clothing hand picked out from the closets of some of Manhattan’s most elite’s. Their website, which offers authenticated, pre-owned, designer brands including Chanel, Hermes, Christian Louboutin, Marni and Proenza Schouler — all at up to 90% off retail prices, was laid out before me for the taking (inhale). I’m talking jewelry, accessories, bags, clothing and shoes; it’s a good thing I had to run to my birthday party otherwise I could have depleted my back account.

{Here’s a taste (although for the real deal go to RealReal.com)}

Birthday bliss…

Happy birthday to me!!

It’s been an amazing year and while I’ll take every wish I can get, this birthday was so special that I wanted to take a minute and thank every wonderful person in my life for being their for me. This includes all of you out there that read my site, tweets me, likes my posts on Instagram and Facebook… you make my day regularly!

While today is my big day, I’ve been celebrating all week. On Wednesday night I had my annual birthday party at SPiN New York (thank you Franck, Jonathan and Briana!). Having 13,000 sq feet of space so I can actually see and enjoy all my guests (I like to invite the world to my party) coupled with the great combination and ping pong and booze makes this the greatest venue  — and why I’ve been hosting it there since 2009.

I don’t play often, but I do play ping pong. So if you think 6 inch heels changed any of that… you’re wrong. It was game on all night!

Talk about a great birthday present, my feature in Beauty High 10 Top Beauty Bloggers Share Their Best Beauty Tricks and Fall Must-Haves article is now live!

{How great do all my fellow bloggers look?}

For fall I’m all about bold, red lips and MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Rouge #8 is the perfect long lasting, high pigmented lip stain/gloss duo. I’m also really into metallic accents and with all the army green we’ve seen from the runway I love MAKE UP FOR EVER Metal Powder. It builds into a really beautiful shimmer and the formula is gorgeous; it goes on clean and is so soft and silky. I’m also rocking some serious false eyelashes from Sephora brand in Celebrity and all bronzed up with Guerlain Terracotta matched with a CND Shellac manicure from Jin Soon Spa.

{I’m wearing Nicole Miller jacket, pants and shoes, matched with a vibrant red Bill Blass top and C. Wonder bracelets}

Katie Holmes, Julianna Margulies, Emma Roberts Celebrate Narciso Rodriguez for Kohl’s DesignNation Fashion Collection

Designer collaborations with department stores are becoming more and more common and access to some of our favorite name brands at a fraction of the cost. Narsico Rodriguez is the latest designer to join the Kohl’s collaboration club with the launch of  DesignNation, the store’s new limited-edition collection concept of which Rodriquez is the first to participate in. Monday night we joined the brand in celebration of the launch in Chelsea with champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and celebrity appearances by Emma Roberts, Julianna Margulies and Katie Holmes.

Color blocking and geometric shapes are key characteristics that you will see in his line for Kohl’s, as well as fun paisley patterns and styles. To

Have you seen the Ugo Cacciatori x Diesel Black Gold jewelry collection?

Have you seen this collection??? OMG, I’m obsessed. While recently visiting the Diesel showroom I stumbled across the Ugo Cacciatori x Diesel Black Gold capsule collection, designed in collaboration with famed Italian jewelry designer Ugo Cacciatori.

{Ahem, all of these pieces are under $300. My fox friend is $245}

The collection was originally unveiled at the Diesel Black Gold Fall/Winter 2012 Menswear show — however it’s clearly unisex  — and looks great on me (if I do say so myself).

The collection, which consists of rings, bracelets, necklaces and belts are solid bronze creations which result from a lengthy hand-carving and gem-setting process, all
