As far as I’m concerned, the only person that can pack light and still look beyond on point everyday for Coachella, is Patricia Field. I could definitely take a cue from her organizational skills from our trip together last year. At least I’ve picked up a few tricks of my own when it comes to packing my makeup — I finally found the winning combination between LeSportsac travel pouches and this Caboodle traincase.

While I’m all about the multi-use products, when it comes to packing my beauty essentials, I don’t skimp. If there are only two things you don’t want to forget it’s sunblock and makeup wipes for your house (sharing is caring!) — I do the Aveeno SPF 50 (usually I’m more of an SPF 30 girl, but the sun blazing out in Palm Springs an SPF 50 is a good call) and their Ultra Calming makeup wipes since there’s so much dust going around. You should of course still wash your face but makeup removing wipes are great for your face, feet… body for a quick refresh during the day — especially if you jump in the pool at any of the parties.
