On Thursday morning, I joined actress and TV personality, Vanessa Lachey for the grand opening of the Crocs 34th Street Flagship store in NYC. The day began with a ribbon cutting ceremony outside where Vanessa cut the inaugural ribbon alongside Crocs executives Dan Hart (Chief Legal and Administrative Officer), Dale Bathum (Chief Product Officer), Greg Sullivan (General Manager of the Americas Region) and Mario Caruso (34th Street Store Manager).
The store was open to the public and New York centric prizes were given away at every :34 of the hour including backstage Yankees tickets, helicopter rides around New York, dinner experiences, spa services and more!
Now I know what you’re thinking, Crocs equals those plastic clogs Mario Batali always wears, and yes that is their signature shoe, however they also have an extensive mens, women’s and kids selection which for us ladies consists of a lot of jellies, flip flops and wedges — and my personal favorite, the super cute cream/black flats Vanessa is wearing. Made out of plastic they are the best rain shoes for summer! And they are only $30! So I snagged a pair for myself:)
