Last weekend, I had an awesome Governor’s Ball experience thanks to my good friends at Dove. They brought a whole crew of beauty bloggers and editors to the music festival and hosted a private cabana over looking the main stage. I’m a big music festival girl. I love the fashion, music, atmosphere (although the rain induced mudd from the night before I could have done without) and having that combined with my favorite beauty gals just made the day for me.
My friend and amazing writer Kellie B, (she has the awesome blog, andigetdressed.com), just started a tee shirt line, Rich is Relative (rirstyle.com) and brought me a shirt. It says “Love Thy Everyone”, how cute is that? Naturally, an instant outfit change, or rather top change had to happen.
The night before the 3 day festival I kicked off the festivities with BooHoo and Nylon Magazine who also sponsored the event. If you haven’t tried the new Dove Go Fresh Revitalize Body Wash scent, you need to. It’s mandarin & tiara flower scent is amazing to wake up. I got it a few months ago when it first launched and I’m almost at the end of the bottle. It’s hands down my favorite AM body wash. Specifically designed to provide the perfect combination of freshness and care, it features their signature nurium moisture to keep skin hydrated and smooth. Additional scents include Restore (blue fig and orange blossom), Revive (pomegranate and lemon verbena scent) and Cool Moisutre (cucumber and green tea scent) if citrus isn’t your thing. Although in all honesty, citrus isn’t high on my list and there’s something about the Revitalize that completely changed that for me. These products are also available in a beauty bar.
