I can not believe the Olympics are less then a week away! And that one of my best friends from High School is up for the honor of being the flag bearer during the Parade of Nations at the Opening Ceremony. NBC has identified 13 Olympians they deem the best U.S. candidates, Chris being one of them and there is literally no one I know that loves and has fought for this country more then Chris Fogt. After competing in the 2010 Olympics, Chris spent a year deployed in Iraq before returning to rededicate to making the 2014 team. He’s also just the most gracious and wonderful person and I can’t think of a better friend and person to represent this country.
