Newly Released: The COVERGIRL Capitol Collection Beauty Looks

Every month or so I’ve been getting these little teasers in the mail of images from the newly released COVERGIRL Capitol Collection. Well Hunger Games fans, here’s the complete beauty breakdowns of the 12 high-fashion Catching Fire beauty looks, inspired by each of the districts by COVERGIRL. Each look uses the district’s specialty trade as inspiration, and then transforms it into a couture, Capitol reinterpretation.

COVERGIRL’s Capitol makeup artist, Dotti, used COVERGIRL’s Flamed Out Collection and our new limited-edition Capitol Collection to create the looks.
