Top Costume Jewelry Designer – Lele Sadoughi Launches Eponymous Collection

If you don’t know Lisa Sadoughi by name yet I’m sure you have see her influence.  Lisa (Lele) Sadoughi has earned industry-wide credibility as a top costume jewelry designer.  In 2006, Lele conceptualized and ran J.Crew’s jewelry division as their Design Director under Jenna Lyons.  The line launched with great success (amazingly beautiful vintage inspired pieces) and followed strong to became J.Crew’s most successful category by the time she left. Sadoughi then moved to become the Jewelry Design Director at Tory Burch, and in 2012 she decided it was time to start her own eponymous collection!

Lele Spring 2013 collection (now available!)

Launching in Spring 2013 she was inspired by egyptian revival and symbolism, art deco, and the 1920’s.  The collection includes bold statements of falcons and tassels on necklaces, bracelets,  earrings and even some home decor.  Simpler pieces include the slider bracelets that come with crystals or genuine stones hand set in frames secured with 14K gold plated rivets in steel casting with a hinge closure and a safety latch.   This slider closure is simple and elegant with an easy push to open push to closure.  Also ideal for stacking a bunch on one wrist.  All pieces are under $485 and consist of beautiful bold colors, geometric shapes made from reconstructed natural stones.   They  are standout pieces full of personality and class in an egyptian deco modern 20’s way!

The Fall 13 collection is all inspired by galactic themes, planets, and the cosmos.  It is twice the size of her debut collection with wider offerings of metal pieces for a stronger downtown chic edge, but yet still incorporates all the crystals needed to appeal to even the girliest of girls. Look out for these pieces to launch in the coming months through holiday.
