With nail art being the it thing of right now — how many lust worthy looks have we seen since the Mani Cam launch? — who hasn’t been experimenting with fun nail looks. (and for all of us that don’t have the skills, those ornate nail polish strips are everything!) If you’ve been brushing up on your artistry, show us what you got for your chance to win BIG!
From February through May, Sally Hansen is hosting the I <3 Nail Art Contest. Each month they are announcing a different nail theme, encouraging fans to submit their nail looks for a chance to win $500 and a trip to NYC. The winners from each month will compete for their chance to win the grand prize of $2,000 and your chance to be a Sally Hansen brand ambassador for a year!!!!
So lets get started! For the month of February the theme is “Sweet Heart”. You have until the last day of the month to submit your design via the Sally Hansen Facebook page or on twitter or instagram using the hashtag #iheartnailart to share your look.
I created my look mixing half moons with hearts and streaks. Combining two Sally Hansen Insta-Dry shades 230 Silver Sweep and 205 Pink Blink, coupled with their Nail Art Pen in Hot Pink/Rose Fonce (which is AMAZING for creating nail art looks), I had a lot of fun experimenting. Provided I don’t have the sturdiest of hands, the heart I drew on my middle nail was next to perfect — and so easy with that Nail Art Pen!
