Coming from the New York cold to the LA sun, I wanted one thing: a tan (okay, more than one thing), but with my SPF regimen, that’s not happening anytime soon. Truth be told the only way you’ll see this body with color is if it’s a spray tan or body bronzer. With Coachella, pools and the excessive amount of white clothing I brought I don’t have the energy for body bronzer or the patience with it sweating all over my clothes. The easy solution, Palm Beach Tan. They are my jam, and literally have locations everywhere but NYC (they are the largest indoor tanning company nationwide, and my go-to when I’m in LA!)! In literally 2 minutes they can customize my bronze to any level of golden with their state of the art machines and products. I mean how tan am I from these photos I took yesterday?

Women’s Health x FEED Hamptons Weekend + Giveaway

Lara Eurdolian, Lorna Solano at FEED x Women's Health Hamptons event This weekend I was in the Hamptons with Women’s Health for an amazing day of wellness and raising awareness for the FEED Foundation. The morning started at their VP & Publisher. Laura Frerer-Schmidt’s home in Montauk where they brought some of the big names fitness and health for a series of classes and education. The lineup included celebrity yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, dietitian, Keri Glassman, celebrity trainer Heidi Powell, photographer James Houston, Garden Manager at Golden Door Spa Jeff Dawson, and their Executive Chef, Greg Frey. Whether you’re one for tradition or not, Memorial Day unofficially marks the beginning of white season. Now the fashion industry and whole ‘winter whites’ rivals this whole theme that began sometime in the late 1800s/early 1900s (no one really knows). The connotation being that white was for leisure, while dark clothing was for working people. The shade would dominate through Labor Day when it was then a faux pas to wear white after. Or so the socialites of that time would have you think — not Coco Chanel, she famously wore white year round. Although we all know she was ahead of her time.

Holiday Travel Giveaway: Mosaic Photo Book + LeSportsac + Knock Out Nail Polish

travel giveawayIt’s been an amazing adventure spending this past month in Australia. And I’m so grateful to have a platform like Instagram where I can share so many of my moments in real time. But nothing tops an album to capture the memories forever.
