NYC: Join Batiste for Summer in the Square

On July 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th, as part of Summer in the Square series in NYC, Batiste Dry Shampoo, is offering free dry shampoo makeovers, handing out samples and discount cards.

From 10am – 7pm, simply visit the white Batiste tent in Union Square to participate.  I haven’t tried Batiste Dry Shampoo, however I’ve only read great reviews so I look forward to getting my hands on a bottle.

Lindsay Lohan Swears by her Nails (in Court)

In big news this morning, Lindsay Lohan showed up to court Tuesday afternoon wearing all black and what seemed like a regular multicolored manicure.  After closer inspection celebrity blog WWTDD noticed she had adorned the words ‘F­_ CK U’ (I’ll let you fill in the blank) onto one of her nails.  So while her mouth was saying, “I don’t want you to think I don’t respect you and your terms” to the court, her middle finger was expressing something completely different.

I bet the judge feels incredibly vindicated for giving Lohan a 90-day jail sentence (three times what the prosecutors were seeking).  Talk about a beauty statement!
