What Microneedling with Radiofrequency looks like!

Microneedling, the popular skincare treatment that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles to stimulate collagen production just got an upgrade! And it involves radio-frequency.  After three treatments my skin was so smooth that makeup just glided over my skin. I saw much stronger results then regular microneedling which made it all worth it in the end but it is a process.

I recently visited JUVA Skin & Laser Center to meet with Dr. Katz and test out the New Intensif Handpiece by EndyMed, which is an FDA cleared device that takes microneedling to the next level. It offers microneedling coupled with radio-frequency for amazing skin tightening effects and works on a deeper level. The unique Intensif technology allows for 3 times the heating volume per pulse. This heat sends a signal to the dermis for skin remodeling — think of it like sending energy down to the skin to wake it up and work harder. Watch the procedure in the video above!

Sunglass Coachella Diaries plus me on Extra with Mario Lopez + Sunglass Hut

Extra Extra! After a big week in LA shooting music festival sunglass trends for Extra TV with Sunglass Hut. I took my shades on the road and some of the top trends and headed to Palm Springs to Coachella.

Home of great music, parties and fashion – what more can you ask for? Killer sunglasses? Beyonce, maybe? Jeremy Scott announcing a Moschino x H&M collaboration? Revolve creating their own music festival? Create & Cultivate continuing to be epic and empowering women. Here were some of my highlights and sunglass diary:

Day 1 Friday, The Look: Vogue Eyewear x Gigi Hadid Round Sunglasses

Outfit details: Vogue x Gigi Hadid Round Sunglasses, Naked Princess top, French Connection jeans, Skinnydip London bag, UGG Australia open toe boots.

For the first day we took it easy and started at the Lemonhead Desert Glow House getting our hair braided and filled with glitter before heading to the UGG Australia brunch at the Fredrick Loewe Estate. There we drooled over all the fuzzy sandals that UGG just launched for summer and played in the paper flower garden while eating cotton candy and enjoying many beverages. At night we hit up the Rhonda Queen of the Desert party sponsored by Ray-Ban for some dancing and late night fun.

Miraclesuit Swim Trip to Tulum

It doesn’t get any better then a press trip to Tulum with Miraclesuit, a swim brand that boosts making you look 10lbs lighter. Which after letting my body hibernate all winter, I desperately needed. While I find statements like that generally gimmicky; upon putting their suit on and watching everything be lifted and sucked in, it was like I had my 20s body back! Unfortunately my old abs weren’t included. You can feel the quality in these suits.

Now for my confession. I basically corset my boobs on a daily basis and I am more apt to be in a sports bra, oversized top than a tight fitting dress or regular bra because I’m a 34DD and totally self conscious. To make bathing suit shopping that much more difficult, my big boobs are coupled with my long torso making it next to impossible for me to wear regular suits. In fact I’ve ordered so many XL bikini tops from every major department store and return 90% of them because

Girls Trip: Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa

naked princess slip dress
Outfit: Naked Princess slip dress, Nic+Zoe shoes, Ray-ban Sunglasses

After 3 week of intensive travel, landing in Tulum with some of my favorite ladies for a girl’s press trip was exactly what I needed. We we’re hosted by the Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa and our friends at Mom Trends (you don’t know their site, check it out!). While I’m generally an adventurers with a long list of to when visiting Mexico, we didn’t leave the property. If you scroll to the bottom of the post though, I’ll list off some of my favorite to do’s for anyone doing an extensive stay). For our 2 night, 36 hour stay, downtime was definitely appreciated for a quick getaway. It was a nice change of pace to just relax at an all-inclusive resort, and have actual pool time and relaxation.

There’s something amazing about not having an agenda, and knowing the biggest decision you’ll have to make is pool or ocean. The all-inclusive resort featured incredibly views, several restaurants – El Patio (Mexican cuisine), Himitsu (Asian fusion), and Portofino, which features a wine cellar — several pools with full service and entertainment. We enjoyed everything from yoga on the beach, dance lessons, kayaking, tequila tasting, to an acrobatic show, and even a courtyard market that was set up by local vendors. The resort is nicely hidden and secluded along a white sand beach and very private. They also offer a number of green programs, tours and other on and off property activities so be sure to inquire upon arrival (or booking).

With garden landscapes, beach views, tropical surroundings, and a grandiose lobby featuring staircases on either side (it looks like a home straight out of Dynasty), there isn’t a shortage of picturesque moments – it’s an Instagrammers dream. They also have life size backgammon, chess, as well as shuffleboard and ping pong outside. We had a lot of fun doing photo-shoots on the property.
