The Makeup Show is not only a trade show or a place to shop beauty products (at steep discounts) and take classes, it’s also a place to get inspired, share your knowledge and connect with industry professionals. In honor of the 10-year anniversary, this years Makeup show will be filled with classes, keynotes, kit focused seminars and a career fair and new beauty tour. And to mark this major milestone they will be hosting a week (yes, a week!) of events, from April 29th – May 5th.

After the joyful insanity that was Coachella, James, Patricia Field and I headed to LA for a few days before returning to New York. Usually, I stay in Santa Monica but Pat had some meetings in Hollywood so we landed at the Loews Hollywood.
