Whatever the edgy, rocker beauty moment that was happening backstage at Rebecca Minkoff I’m completely so into it! From the textured bangs created by Orlando Pita for Tresemme, and intensely hot blacked out, “wide eye wanderlust” eyes by Sarah Lucero for Stila Cosmetics to the edgy negative space chevron manicure by Michelle Saunders for Essie. The entire look was edgy and cool and yet still very natural when it went down the runway.
Playing off a Patty Smith rock n’ roll style meets bohemian 70’s inspired look, the Tresemme team created some undone, textured hair before applying extension bangs for all of the models. To recreate the look at home, generously spray hair with TRESemmé Perfectly (un)Done Sea Salt Spray and blow dry gently scrunching hair to create an effortless, tousled texture. Then apply TRESemmé Runway Max the Volume Root Lifting Cream to hair for additional body and lift. And finish with TRESemmé Perfectly Undone Brushable Hold Hairspray.
The makeup had an intense black liner and strong lashes using Stila’s Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner, Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner, Stay All Day Waterproof Volumizing Mascara. Brows were brushed up with Stila’s new Stay All Day Brow Gel and Brush. For the cheeks their Convertible Color was applied to the high cheekbone in shade Camellia. And closed with Nude Interlude Color Balm Lipstick on the lips.
For the nail look one coat of first base base coat was applied followed by one coat of Madamoiselle. Then create the zigzag design making two reverse V’s using one coat of Berry Naughty followed by Midnight Cami. Finish with a Good to Go top coat.
