Lets face it, Dad’s can be impossible to shop for. Which is why it’s never too early to start shopping and looking online for inspiration. eBay is the perfect place to get some ideas; they even have a specially curated Gifts for Dads section on the site that spans electronics, athletic gear, apparel, golf gear, tools and more.
I have two generations of Dads in the photo above (how cute is my family!?).
Not to put down the classics but underwear (which by the way I would never buy my dad) and ties or socks for that matter don’t exactly count as creative or warrant a ‘just what I’ve always wanted’ reaction in the gifting department. I could concede that point on a very cool tie, it’s just in the case of my dad it’s been too many decades of him collecting them that he now has a no-more-ties policy.
Perusing the eBay-sphere I created two Collections inspired by dad. In case you’re not familiar with eBay “Collections”, it’s a feature eBay launched last year that lets you organize shoppable items and categorize them by a theme. 1. Tech Savvy #eBayDad – This Collection was focused around electronics like headphones, bluetooth speakers and other fun gadgets Dad would enjoy.
