Between the snow and my fashion week calendar, it’s hard to even think about Valentine’s Day, let alone plan something! (Although isn’t that the guys job?). Regardless of who’s court the ball lies if going out in this weather doesn’t strike your fancy plan a night in! Let him continue being a moth to your flame.
Lush Love Locket Bath Bomb ($10.95) – if the parties in the bath tub, well then bring on the bubbles and the confetti! These fun heart-shaped bath fizzies can be broken in half and used for three separate baths, or your can spare the broke heart and drop in the whole thing. The outer layer releases paper hearts that float to the surface of the pink colored bath water and what’s hidden in the center is revealed through a delightful touch of shiny red agar seaweed hearts to create a spectacular bath time display.

Chloe ‘Roses de Chloe’ Eau de Toilette (($95/1.7oz, $120/$2.5oz) – Chloe fragrances are my favorite! There isn’t an ounce of your grandma’s rose scent in this (because you know rose fragrances can go either way). Instead, this one is perfectly light, pretty and oh so feminine. It will definitely get you in the mood for a pretty in pink (or red) kind of evening.
Francis Kurkdjian APOM Eau de parfum ($175) – Monsieur Kurkjian is one of my all time favorite perfumers (the arsenal of fragrances he developed with tell you why). This citrus wood scent mixes Orange flower, Cedar wood and Ylang-ylang, and at the end of the day is a girlie, flirty scent that makes me feel pretty.
Drink up!
MoMA Design Store Inside Out Champagne Glasses ($70) – How fun are these! And so much more durable in case things get a little tipsy. The glasses are made of durable mouth-blown clear borosilicate glass, which has an insulating effect to keep the bubbly cool.
Dress the Part!

Lelo Ida ($199)- this is what my roommate calls “the stuff in the glass case”. And the Ida model boasts “the world’s first couples’ massager that rotates and vibrates” so for $199 it better be magical! I’m not even going to pretend to know how this works, or why there is an “in the restaurant” recommendation (le sigh), but hey if this peeks your curiosity the ratings alone stand to show that this will make for a very Happy Valentine’s Day.
