We have always looked to Karen Walker’s collections for that unexplainable hint of cool, with a splash of quirk. Well this season, the mix of textures was the perfect storm of feminine florals, drool worthy draping and a color palette that wouldn’t quit. Described as “An alternative view to prettiness” this menagerie of textured fabrics and super styling (no one rocks socks like the Karen Walker girl) proved that beauty has many layers, and some stellar accessories.
From the first look you didn’t know where to direct your excitement, to the stunning shape of a luxurious trench that was legitimately mesmerizing the crowd or to the insane splash of color provided by the intense tangerine. It was those kinds of pairings that made this grouping something the celebrate. Plus, how fab are those sunnies?!?!
