Coffee extraordinaires, Green Mountain Coffee recently launched Café Escapes, an indulgent line of sweet coffee alternatives that conveniently fits in their signature Keurig machine. Last night, I joined the brand and GLAM for a private tasting and sampled each of their delicious flavors, including Cafe Caramel, Cafe Vanilla, Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa, Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa, Chai Latte and Cafe Mocha. One sweeter then the other, it felt more like dessert then the warm beverages I’m used to. I had a moment where the gilt was setting in — if I add this to my daily routine how many calories are we talking? Relief came when our host for the evening, Jennifer Sbranti (aka Hostess With The Mostess!!) turned to me and said, don’t worry, they’re all around 60 calories/mug. Phew!
Themed “Indulge Anytime”, it was a lovely evening filled with delicious treats, great blogger friends, fun DIY demonstrations and a photo booth!
