It’s officially Hampton’s kick-off weekend and if you’re headed to the area, stop by C. Wonder for their grand opening filled with fun festivities fit for the whole family. I should know! Last weekend I was in the Hampton’s with the lifestyle brand for a sneak peek of their new pop-up shop location and a celebratory lunch at C. Wonder founder, Chris Burch’s private Hamptons estate!

Wonder shopping spree!), Gift With Purchase (Limited edition “C. Wonder by the Sea” Tote Bag with any $50 purchase), Eleni’s Bakery ‘Color Me’ cookies (in collaboration with C. Wonder) and Live DJ (Southampton only).

Tribeca Film Festival Highlight… Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me

Elaine Stritch

It seems almost unfair that Tribeca Film Festival has barely started and I’ve already picked my favorite film of the festival. But I’m okay with that. Chiemi Karasawa’s documentary Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me, was one of the most phenomenal films I’ve seen in a long time. If you had to ask me who Elaine Stritch was prior to last night, I would have said, she’s that famous broadway actress my mom’s a fan of, that plays Alec Baldwin’s mother on 30 Rock.

In this digital world, where emails and tweets deliver our thoughts and news with rapid fire speed, there is something special about writing and receiving a handwritten note.  (We should know, we’re big on sending thank you cards here at Pretty Connected.)
