Last month, I joined fashion designer, Cynthia Rowley for the launch of LYSOL’s new Touch of Foam Antibacterial Hand WashThe duo had announced during the event that they would be kicking off an exclusive design contest in March inviting America to help design a limited-edition label for Touch of Foam. The grand-prize winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to NYC Fashion Week, a $5k shopping spree and will see his or her one-of-a-kind label on store shelves this fall!

Smashbox Launches Fall 2012 Image Factory Collection

Fresh for fall, Smashbox has launched their Image Factory collection. Consisting of products for eyes, lips and cheeks, the limited edition collection is straight from a modern-day image factory, AND I CAN NOT WAIT TO TRY IT! The reviews are steller at Sephora, unfortunately I’m currently road tripping through the west coast on my way to Burning Man, so I’m going to have to wait until I’m back in NY to get my hands on this collection!

Smashbox is also partnering with People StyleWatch to launch the Image Factory contest! Last night I went to a summer soiree hosted by Starbucks in celebration of the national launch of their NEW Refreshers beverage. This product is B-A-N-A-N-A-S! It’s a non-profit organization comprised of industry leaders and members that offers professional development through mentorship, job counseling, and networking opportunities in all aspects of the beauty industry. They also hosts a series of events and educational speeches from some of the top beauty executives as well as conduct their annual CEW Beauty Awards.

Now in it’s 18th year, the CEW Beauty Insiders’ Choice Awards is the only awards program where the winners are determined exclusively by beauty industry professionals and selected by their members. Living Proof Expands Restore Collection + Launches Restore the Love 14 Day Challenge

In December we posted about the launch of Living Proof’s new Restore collection consisting of a shampoo, conditioner, and mask treatment.
